Bobby's Karate Rules

  1. I, the parent or student, confirm that my child is in good health and that, to the best of my knowledge, there is no reason preventing him/her from participating in the activity. A student with a medical condition may begin training only after submitting a medical certificate confirming that he/she is permitted to participate in the activity.

  2. Two or more participants from the same immediate family are entitled to a 10% discount on the fee for the second family member. If one family member stops participating, the second family member will be required to pay the full fee.

  3. Bobby’s Karate does not hold classes on Jewish holidays or national holidays, on holiday eves, or during Chol HaMoed.

  4. During the year, and according to the student’s progress, additional enrichment activities may be offered, including belt tests, competitions, workshops, training camps, and more. Participation in the annual belt test and the end-of-year ceremony is an integral part of the program. An additional fee of NIS 150 will be charged automatically in January for the annual belt test, including a belt and certificate. An additional fee of NIS 150 will be charged automatically in June for the end-of-year ceremony and awards presentation.

  5. Students are required to attend every class wearing the group’s official karate uniform.

  6. The network and the club are not responsible for the loss or theft of participants’ personal belongings or equipment.

  7. A participant or parent wishing to cancel participation must provide notice by official email only to: bobbyrosenberg@gmail.com. Registration may be cancelled until January 15 of the relevant activity year. After this date, registration is considered a commitment for the entire activity year, and cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.

  8. In the event of a cancellation request, the participant will be entitled to a full refund for all remaining months from the date the email is received. However, any month that has already begun must be paid in full. This clause applies only until January 15. A participant who requests to stop participating after this date will not be entitled to any refund for any reason.

  9. Registration and insurance fees will be charged upon registration and are non-refundable from the date of payment. No refund will be provided for partial absence during the year, for any reason. If the participant fails to make payment by the required date, the management reserves the right to prevent the participant from attending training.

I understand that my child’s participation in the class is subject to approval and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

I declare that I am over the age of 18 and/or that I am the mother or father of the person whose details were entered in this registration form.

I have read and understood the contents of this form and accept all obligations and declarations included in it.

Service Provision Policy

Upon completing registration on the website, the customer will receive an email receipt confirming that the registration process has been completed.

This email does not constitute confirmation of payment.

Payment is confirmed only upon receipt of the invoice/receipt sent to the customer’s email at the beginning of each month.
