Bobby's Karate Regulations

As a parent or student, I confirm that the student is in good health and there is no known reason preventing them from participating in the activity. A student who suffers from medical issues will begin training only after submitting a medical certificate permitting them to train.
Two or more trainees from the same immediate family are entitled to a 10% discount for the second family member's payment.
If one family member's activity is discontinued, the remaining family member will be required to pay the full amount.
Bobby's Karate does not hold training sessions on Jewish and national holidays, holiday eves, or during holiday intermediate days (Chol Hamoed).
Throughout the year, and depending on the trainee's progress, additional enrichment activities are held, such as belt tests, competitions, seminars, training camps, etc. These activities require an additional fee and are not mandatory.
Bobby's Karate is not responsible for the loss or theft of equipment belonging to the trainees.
A trainee or parent wishing to cancel participation must notify via an official email only to: bobbyrosenberg@gmail.com
In case of a cancellation request, the trainee will be entitled to a full refund for all remaining months from the date the email is received. In any case, a month that has started will be paid in full. This clause is valid until February 20th. A trainee who requests to cease their activity after this date will not be entitled to any refund for any reason.
The registration and insurance fees will be charged upon registration for the class and are non-refundable from the day of charge.
There is no refund for partial absence during the year, for any reason.
If the trainee has not paid on time, the network management reserves the right to prevent them from training.

Health Declaration

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, the students health is good, and there is no health or any other reason preventing from participating in the activity.

Parents/Trainees Declaration

I understand that my child's participation in the class is conditional upon approval and agreement with the regulations. I declare that I am over the age of 18 and/or the mother/father of the person whose details are filled out on this registration form, have read the above, understood it, and accept all the commitments and declarations included.

Privacy Protection Procedure - Credit card data is encrypted and not shared with third parties.

Service Provision Procedure

Upon completing the registration on the website, the customer will receive a receipt via email confirming the transaction.

This email does not constitute payment confirmation but rather upon receiving the invoice/receipt at the beginning of each month via the customer's email.
